Treatments and How to Cure premature ejaculation

#1 Try to take control of your ejaculatory reflex. Start masturbating regularly (3 to 5 times a week) to get accustomed to sensitivity and stimulation levels. Try to masturbate with both hands: one wet and one dry so that you get used to the variations of sensations. Start taking control of your body, when you are masturbating if you feel like you are going to ejaculate, let your erection drop a little (give it about 5 minutes) and start masturbating again. Do this exercise 3 or 4 times until you finally want to “finish” and masturbate until orgasm.

Practicing this exercise will help you to know when it is your “Point of No Return”. This way, during the sexual act with your partner, when you have that sensation happening, you will know that you have to lower the pace, either “taking it out” with the excuse of changing the sexual position, while letting that sensation pass for a moment. Knowing when your “Point of No Return” happens is crucial to gain control over ejaculation problem.

#2 Practice Kegels to stop your orgasm. Kegels are very helpful when premature ejaculation is nearby and can help stop it. These exercises are functional to strengthen your pelvic muscles for greater control. In a 2012 controlled study of severe cases of premature ejaculation, men who could not last a minute when they completed their 12-week pelvic exercise training showed an improvement in their ejaculatory response from 31.7 seconds (before) to 146.2 Seconds later).

#3 Using condoms also helps delay ejaculation. They work because they reduce the sensitivity during intercourse, so they are quite useful for the problem of premature ejaculation. There are retardant condoms that are also very useful.

#4 Try to use the “second round” method. How long can you get another erection after ejaculation? Many men experience less sensitivity during the second erection. A good treatment against premature ejaculation is to ejaculate once during intercourse, after this, be sure to give pleasure to your partner until a new erection returns, so that in this way, you use this second erection to have a more sex. Although some couples initially complain about this idea, it has worked very well for many others

#5 Use lubricant. Lots of lubricant reduces friction and will make you last longer.

#6 If you have not had an orgasm in 24 hours, you will ejaculate faster. Men who masturbate in the mornings and then have sex with their partners in the evening tend to last longer as they have felt an orgasm the same day. You can also masturbate at night and have sex in the morning, will cause the same effect.

#7 Premature ejaculation products. There are some delay sprays available especially made for men that suffers with premature ejaculation. The product has effect after just 10 minutes, and makes you last as long as you want during sex. Its super easy to use. Make sure that the spray you decide to purchase are with no known side effects.

#8 Finally, examine your relationship to deal with this sexual dysfunction. Look carefully at how you are communicating, what are your dreams and goals in the sexual relationship. Talking to a qualified sex therapist can do a great job.
